The Mission of Monarch Wildlife Wayside Refuge & Park( MWWR ) is to work to replace the use of hazardous pesticides with ecologically sound and socially just alternatives and to preserve and protect native Wildlife and their habitats in Northern Wisconsin ,with hopes of inspiring excitement about preserving and protecting the wild lands and Wildlife across our area and the Environment ,including the Endangered Species Act (ESA) & All Endangered Species ,World Wide . I also Support Wolves Worldwide and the Science of Wolves ...
Pushing forward with 2 things in mind, the goals and mission of MWWR. Working to benefit & provide a Safe Haven for Wildlife, Protecting Animal Rights & the Environment while giving the Community & Public a place to come be inspired, learn, Enjoy & Coexist with nature.
MWWR & Park offers many ways for those interested to get involved and to help make positive changes for our environment and for wildlife.
Even though MWWR & Park right now is a very small scale operation of what my plans are for it. I have to think of it right now as if it was much bigger than what it is, because one day it will be and I'm working diligently towards that goal and letting nothing stand in my way to reach that. Right now this is the foundation that I built, for greater things to come. Youth and Adult environmental/wildlife camp & educational center, Campgrounds Hiking trails, Wildlife viewing areas, Price Counties only Wildlife rehab center & extension office, Community Pollinator Gardens as well as an area to work with endangered species ( Wildlife & Plants ) and much more...
Welcome! The Park will be re-opening to the public once again for the season on Memorial Day Weekend Saturday 28th at 8:00 am and stays open daily till 9 pm
Sundays 10:00 am to 9 pm
